FREE mainland delivery, on orders above £50.
We try to send orders within 2 or 3 working days and often even quicker, subject to availability.
We use either First Class post (signed for) or ParcelForce 48, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

Please Note:
We use ParcelForce for heavier or larger orders and signed for Royal Mail for the lighter ones. All require a signature upon delivery.
The delivery address that you provide MUST be one where someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel - a work address is normally best where possible. This will ensure that your order arrives efficiently and without problems.

If you wish, your order can be left unsigned for and left in a porch, garage etc but this is at your request and, although we have had no problems at all, it is at your risk. Please enter this into the "Delivery Instructions" section as you checkout.
ParcelForce cannot deliver to post offices or Royal Mail sorting offices. We reserve the right to amend customers' delivery instructions if no suitable instruction is given (e.g. 'try any neighbour if out' - we would never suggest that parcels are left outside without specific instruction from the customer to do so).
In the absence of a safe leaving place, ParcelForce will attempt delivery to the given address twice only. If ParcelForce cannot deliver or leave safe per instruction, it is up to the customer to collect their parcel from their local depot. Re-direction to another address or a third delivery is chargeable to the customer at cost which is currently £5.00 plus VAT. This also applies where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode. We will send you a link where you will be able to process the additional fee in these cases.
If they are unable to deliver or leave safe, the parcel may be taken to a local Post Office for you to collect; in this case a card will be left saying which branch it has been left at.
If the parcel is returned to us the cost of the return (£5.00 + VAT) will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
