To shop with us, you can add items to your shopping cart at any time during your
session, by simply clicking the "add to basket" button found beside the price
of the item you wish to buy.
Once you add your first item, a shopping cart will be automatically created for
you. It is easy to keep track of items in the basket; there is a mini shopping
cart list in the top right hand corner of the web page. You may continue to shop
for additional items by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. You may view
the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "Basket" button at the top
right of the page.
To change the quantity of an item, simply type the correct quantity in the Quantity
field on the shopping cart, and click the "Update Totals" button at the bottom
of the screen. To delete an item, change the quantity to 0 and update your cart
or click on the "Delete Item" link located on the same line as the item.
When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart:
1. Click the "Checkout" button.
2. Fill in the "Your details" section (the name and address of the credit card
holder as registered with your card issuer) along with a valid email address for
order confirmation purposes.
3. Click on the "Continue To Next Step" button.
4. If your "Delivery Address" is different from your billing information, fill
in the empty section with the delivery address you require. Otherwise, click on
the "Select Address" button.
5. Select a method of payment and click on the "Continue To Next Step" button.
6. Review your order summary thoroughly and if necessary, click on the "Change
Details" button to make any alterations. Click on the "Submit Order To Us" button
to complete your purchase. For most payment methods you will see a page hosted
by the relevant comnpany (WorldPay, PayPal etc.). This is where you confirm the
payment details. PurpleSunrise do not see this information and have no direct access to it. You will receive email confirmation that we have received your order.
